I built Lydiam Group from nothing. No investors. No partners. No safety net. Just over three and a half years of building a company the only way I know how — on reputation, on experience, and on network.
Before Lydiam, I spent over a decade operating businesses across the UK, the Middle East, and Asia. I sat on both sides of the advisory table — as the client paying for advice that never joined up, and as the operator who knew what good advice actually looked like. The problem was always the same: too many advisors, none of them talking to each other, each one charging as though they were the only priority in your life.
